Warranty Policy

Overview

All Mango & Milan products are covered by a standard one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Exclusions

- Maintenance performed against the care instructions provided will void the warranty.
- Upholstery, fabrics, and stones are not covered.
- Normal wear and tear, cuts, burns, stains, fading due to sunlight, pest damage, or damage caused by misuse or neglect.
- Damage during third-party reinstallation, modifications, or transport after delivery.
- Natural variations in wood grain, knots, and color are not considered defects but inherent characteristics of the material.

Claim Process

- Register a claim at support@mangoandmilan.com within the warranty period with your invoice and photos.
- Our team will evaluate and, if necessary, arrange an inspection. If validated, we will repair or replace the item (at our discretion) at no cost.
- Repairs involving replacement parts carry a three-month warranty from the date of repair.

Transferability

The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, unless otherwise stated.
