Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once sold.
Review & Approval
Customers must carefully review and approve all specifications (design, dimensions, finish, fabric, etc.) at the time of order confirmation.
Defects / Transit Damage
- Exceptions are made only for verified manufacturing defects or transit damage, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
- If delivery is via a third-party logistics provider, claims must be made directly with them. Mango & Milan’s responsibility extends only until dispatch from our facility.
Resolution
In such cases, Mango & Milan will arrange repair or replacement as the primary remedy. Refunds will be considered only if repair or replacement is not possible.
Refund Process
- Refunds (where applicable) are initiated after inspection and approval.
- Refunds are processed and credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- For exchanges of higher-value products, the price difference must be paid before processing.
- All exchange products are delivered within 7-21 days.
