Delivery Types

- Standard shipping is provided in other regions through trusted logistics partners.

Timelines

- Delivery policy: typically, the product will be delivered within 7–21 business days (depending on city).
- Custom products: 6–10 weeks, depending on product complexity (lead time displayed on product page).

Delivery Checks

Customers are requested to inspect products at delivery. Sign-off confirms acceptance. If damage is found, photograph the issue and refuse or record the exception with the delivery executive.
